this week we learned the stages of information systems development (planning, analysis, design of the target information systems, etc.), organizational knowledge (sales, marketing, customer service, etc.), information problems (data capture, data storage, information processing, etc.), and information system elements (hardware, software, people, etc.). all of these can be found in the index card that sir oli gave us. =)

this week we had a test! a very long and hard test! this time it's recorded. :( after the test, sir oli gave all the answers and i learned:
